gauge-maxRPM

The value defined by the RPM parameter represents the % acceleration of the motor during cruise flight, not the actual RPMs. The actual RPM value will be determined by the motor model used in your aircraft, the propeller, environmental conditions, battery charge level, among other factors.

The recommendation is to adjust the value of this parameter after testing, based on the specifications of your power unit and/or measuring instruments such as a tachometer. In practice, if you stay within the specifications provided by the motor manufacturer (ESC, recommended propeller, power supply voltage, etc.), you can set this value to 100% without any risk.

This setting does not guarantee a constant speed during flight because the battery delivers less power as it discharges. In future versions of this product, we will incorporate mechanisms for sensing actual RPM.

The value of this parameter is marked in % and can be adjusted from 0 to 100% in increments of 1%. Initially, this parameter is set to 80%.

To adjust this value, access the RPM menu and increase or decrease the value using the Up and Down movements of the thumb switch. You can hold them down to achieve a faster adjustment. Once the desired value has been set, press the Center click to save it and return to the parameters menu.
