Flight parameters and Usage
The LM-T1 Timer offers a highly flexible and intuitive level of customization. Upon startup, it displays a menu with only two options:
START
SETUP
To navigate through the different options, there is a 3-position thumb switch: Up, Center, and Down on the right side of the timer. Moving Up and Down allows you to navigate through the options and/or adjust the parameter values, while clicking in the Center allows you to select an option or set a value for a parameter, as appropriate.
Usage
There are two ways to start the timer:
In the main menu, select the START option and hold down the
Centerbutton for 2 seconds.Or hold down the external switch for 2 seconds (this operation can be performed from any menu).
You must hold the button down for at least 2 seconds to prevent accidental starts.
To confirm the start of the flight sequence, the motor will rotate one full turn as feedback. Once the flight sequence begins, you will see the icons corresponding to each stage on the screen. For more information, see the Status Icons section.
You can abort a flight sequence once it has started if necessary by holding down the center click or the external switch for 2 seconds.
The flight sequence consists of the following steps:
When there are approximately 3 seconds left before the end of the flight duration defined in the parameter, there will be a sudden and noticeable deceleration of the motor to indicate that landing is about to begin, and it will automatically recover its previous speed until the end of the flight time. Once the landing sequence has begun, the engine will gradually decelerate for 10 seconds until it stops completely.
After this time, the flight sequence is complete.
