Installation

Timer Mounting

Mount the timer with the piece of adhesive-backed Velcro included in the package or double-sided tape. The timer must be securely and strongly attached to the model, use a flat surface to improve mounting.

Connections

Connect the ESC to the corresponding port on the timer marked THR on the label.

Optionally connect the external switch to the pin marked BTN (polarity does not matter).

Timer Power Supply Guidelines

The timer will be powered from the ESC, just make sure that the voltage supplied by your ESC is 5V (this is the standard value, so it shouldn't be a problem) or that it is within the safe operating range of the timer. Do not attempt to power the timer through the external switch port.

Always observe the polarity indicated on the timer label when connecting the ESC to avoid damage to the timer and/or power supply.

Do not power the timer with more than one power supply at the same time as this may damage the equipment and/or the power supplies.

Do not connect any power supply to the dedicated pin for the external switch.
