Installation
Receiver Mounting
Mount the receiver with the piece of adhesive-backed Velcro included in the package or double-sided tape. The receiver must be securely and strongly attached to the model, use a flat surface to improve mounting.
Install the receiver so the antenna runs parallel to the fuselage. Avoid placing the antenna near carbon‑fiber rods or reinforcements to prevent signal attenuation. If the fuselage is carbon fiber, mount the antenna externally.
Connections
Connect the servos to their respective ports on the receiver as follows:
Throttle
CH2
CH3
CH4
CH5
Receiver Power Supply Guidelines
You can power the receiver from any of the output pins or the PWR pin, just make sure that the voltage supplied by the power supply is within the safe operating range of the receiver. For electric models power the receiver through the ESC connected to the throttle channel. Make sure that the output voltage of your ESC is in the safe operating range of the receiver.
Always observe the polarity indicated on the receiver label when connecting servos, power supply or throttle hand controller to avoid damage to the receiver and/or power supply.
Do not power the receiver with more than one power supply at the same time as this may damage the equipment and/or the power supplies.
Do not connect the power supply or servos to the dedicated pin for manual throttle control.
