Warranty and Return Policy – LineMaster 2.4GHz
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Warranty and Return Policy.
I, as the creator and artisan manufacturer of LineMaster 2.4GHz products, commit to delivering tested and functional equipment at the time of delivery. My goal is for every customer to enjoy their equipment with full confidence, which is why I set the following warranty and return conditions.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in internal electronic or mechanical components for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.
Firmware is included in the coverage, meaning that any detected bug will be fixed through updates, or with a priority update in the case of a critical failure.
Firmware support is limited by the hardware of the product; if the required update is not compatible with the customer's hardware version, this is not considered a warranty failure.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Prolonged exposure to sunlight, excessive heat, water, fuels, or corrosive environments.
Impacts, drops, scratches, cosmetic damage, or breakage of the Slide & Lock mechanism cable.
Natural battery degradation or battery malfunction due to use.
Unauthorized hardware or firmware modifications, or installation of unofficial firmware versions.
Use for commercial purposes (competition use is allowed).
Any repair attempts by unauthorized persons.
Charging cables, batteries, and accessories are not covered under warranty.
Product-Specific Conditions
Handles
Warranty: 90 days.
Coverage: Internal electronic and mechanical defects.
Includes firmware support and updates according to availability and compatibility.
Receivers
Warranty: 30 days, only for manufacturing defects or range issues detectable within the first month of use.
No coverage for physical damage or misuse.
Includes firmware updates subject to hardware compatibility.
Accessories (lines, straps, mounts, etc.)
No warranty or returns, except for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must email linemaster2.4ghz@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue and, if applicable, photographic evidence.
A response will be provided within 1–2 business days.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer. If the claim is approved, the manufacturer will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced product.
In case of a replacement, the customer must send the original product, which must be received and evaluated before sending the new one.
Voluntary Returns and Dissatisfaction
The customer may request a voluntary return within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
For voluntary returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost and will receive a refund of 100% of the product value (minus the initial shipping cost).
For returns due to defects, the warranty conditions apply.
Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, interruptions of use, or any other losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.
